Pallant Homes have secured planning permission for 25 new homes in Fishbourne near Chichester, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
All private sale houses will have en suite to the master bedroom.
Construction is programmed to commence Summer 2014 with the first release of houses due Spring next year.
