Pallant Homes have secured planning permission by appeal for 200 new homes split over two new sites in the village of Chidham near Chichester. The developments will include 61 affordable homes. Both sites have excellent public transport links including Nutbourne railway station, just a few minutes walk away. The quality homes will include a mix of family houses, chalet bungalows and bungalows. Open space, play areas and ecological areas for wildlife will be incorporated within each site.
